returns + exchanges
returns & exchanges- web orders
keetan will accept returns for exchange or store credit on non-sale items within 14 days of receipt. (We will ship exchanges of non-sale items for a different size/color free of cost to the continental us.) We will do our best to fill exchange requests, but if the item requested for your exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit. All items must be unworn, in mint condition and with tags still attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place and footwear must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. We will not accept a shoe return if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
We will process your return upon 5 days of receipt, less any shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are liable for the items until we receive them. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged returned goods. We recommend that you insure your return and send it via traceable carrier. We have the right to deny returns if they do not meet our return policy.
